Guimaras, our paradise!
Thursday, May 1st, 2008In this blog I will tell the story of our journey to buy a property, build a house and then move to Guimaras Island, Philippines. We are me and my girlfriend and my colleague from work. He’s name is Magnus and he joined us going to The Philippines for a 6 weeks holiday earlier this year.
After a few weeks there in the Philippines we landed in Guimaras island. This small paradise in the middle of the country. Just a short hop over the Iloilo-strait from Iloilo city. The Guimaras island is most famous for it’s sweet mango and unfortunatley for an oilspill a couple of years ago.
